We do not create user accounts for this Service, we do not store lease documents or lease analysis results in our database, we do not use cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

We designed LeaseGuard to avoid storing user lease data in our database.

Lease content submitted for review may be processed temporarily in memory or transiently by our infrastructure and processing providers in order to complete the review request, but it is not intentionally retained in our database after processing.

We may retain limited support communications, legal compliance records, or minimal diagnostic logs for as long as reasonably necessary for business, security, or legal purposes.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.

However, in order to provide the lease review functionality, submitted lease content may be transmitted to trusted Service Providers that process data solely on our behalf and only as necessary to operate the Service. These may include:
